PROJECT MANAGER FOR SYSTEMS DEPLOYMENT
Reporting to : EMEA Technical Service Director
Mission : Manage and ensure successful deployment of Systems projects
Role :
Project Coordination for deployment / roll-out
– Creation and update of detailed project plan and project schedule
– Responsible for project reporting and analysis internally as well as externally
– Responsible for project tracking and overall coordination of functions / groups
– Prepare and maintain a living site / equipment listing for project
Site Surveys :
Compile data for material requirements and develop a detail listing for kit configuration
Distributor Coordination:
– Ensure Distributor respects HSSE rules, and report out any potential risk,
near miss or incidents
– Coordinate site installations with local Distributor
– Insure training on installation process and product are completed by
all Distributor / techs
– Regular face to face meeting with Distributor, including on site to take pulse
of progress
– Track and record sign-off of successful site installations
Materials Management:
– Follow-up with production on product availability and ship date based on schedule
– Facilitate scheduling conflicts due to material /operations or Distributor
– Routine pulse of product shipment to meet installation schedule
– Verification of product receipt at Distributor for each site install
(parts / equip. accuracy)
Territories :
Focusing to Egypt to start with
Will be extended to Africa and Middle East later on
Travel : +/- 40% depending on business needs
Profile:
IT and Electronic background
Experimented Engineer in project management in IT environment (10 years minimum)
Good knowledge of equipment and systems of fuel dispenser is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
Autonomy to work remotely and in home office
Ability to form and animate a cross-functional project team
Experience in risk management, anticipating, establishing a project plan and track execution
Ability to drive Distributors and interact with customers
