Our team is made up of Experts at the service of our clients / partners, whose diverse backgrounds linked to Africa and its cultures, guarantee success in the search for TALENTS (Top and Middle Management).

Our candidats

Three types of professionals supply the rich and natural pool of the African job market. We call them L.E.D (Locals, Expatriates, Diasporas) and consider them to be the main source of energy on the continent for the present and future years.
Locals : thanks to the continuous improvement of the level of education of African Universities combined with the internationalization of the degree course for students from the continent and the conditions of access to positions of very high level in their country, Local talents present the advantage of perfect mastery of local economic and social environments.
Diasporas : rich of their double cultures either through their personal and / or professional experience or through their training (student or professional), they very often aspire to work in an international context.
Intra / extra-African expatriates : these are profiles who are often familiar with living in an international environment. They have undeniable professional skills as well as a sensitivity to interculturality. In addition, their mobility project is often carefully thought through.
